Configuration

To use OWIN middleware in an ASP.NET Core pipeline:

1. Define the OWIN middleware, if not done already. Here's a basic "Hello World" example:

   {
       var responseText = "Hello World via OWIN";
       var responseBytes = Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(responseText);
